The Community Centre provides social, entertainment, dining, relaxation and administration facilities including a Reception desk, as well as a full-size 2-lane bowling green in landscaped surrounds and a commercial kitchen. There is an inside-outside bar and on-site barbecues for your enjoyment also.  Or, just simply relax in the large lounge area and enjoy a coffee from the coffee machine or sit and read a good book in the library.

The Leisure Centre is located at the northern end of the estate and provides for a 25m lap pool, sauna and alfresco areas. Other facilities include a club room, a gymnasium with changing facilities, yoga/Pilates room and a kitchen and bar. And, if you want to work on your golf swing, there is a golf simulator within the centre

There is also onsite caravan parking for all the lock-and-leavers, a community `garden and a Men’s Shed.
